Associate Brand Strategy

About this role

As part of the BlackRock Global Brand team youll be an integral part of a dynamic marketing organization collaborating closely with regional and local marketing teams around the world as well as other marketing partners and creative agencies. As a steward one of the worlds largest asset management brands your work will be central to helping more and more people experience financial wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Management:

• Support the development of brand strategies that align with company goals and drive brand growth.
• Facilitate the rollout and firmwide usage of brand positioning guidelines systems and tools.
• Help develop and maintain the tools and training required to support the consistent understanding and of the brand strategy architecture and identity system across the firm.
• Help manage internal initiatives to ensure the brand is understood and celebrated across the organization.
• Support global brand governance (IP protection logo licensing etc. with key firm partners.

Brand Activation & Agency Management:

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver highimpact brand strategy and activation across the firm.
• Support the development of brand marketing and working in partnership with regional teams to align global strategy with regional/local needs.
• Serve as one of the key points of contact for the firms global creative and design agencies
• Manage contracts and agency relationships to ensure effective collaboration and highquality deliverables.

Qualifications & Experience

• 35 years of experience in brand strategy and management with an understanding of brand positioning brand metrics proposition development creative development and agency management.
• Proven track record of brand management and planning with strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for brands with a drive to continue to learn and develop knowledge and understanding for how brands grow.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment while maintaining highquality output
