The opportunity
This position forms part of the IACS (Industrial Automation and Control Systems) Team within the broader ICT Enterprise Services Team located in the ICT and Digital Division. The IACS Team is responsible for designing implementing and maintaining operational technology to meet CHWs strategic and business objectives.
This technical position both provides support for CHWs current systems as well as works towards future service delivery strategies.The role provides electrical and automation support to CHWs operational teams to help overcome operational challenges while working towards developing and implementing the ICT & digital future road map for IACS.

Wed love to hear from you if you have:
Demonstrated experience in the design implementation and maintenance of SCADA instrumentation control and automation services and systems.
- Demonstrated experience in SCADA environment design and implementation including the programming of RTUs and PLCs.
- Tertiary degree in engineering or closely related field is preferred and a minimum of 3 years experience in industrial automation systems.
- Demonstrated ability to liaise with stakeholders and communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
