Job Description
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid 3 days per week in office)
The role
Join our team as a Senior Software Engineer focusing on the development and maintenance of software applications. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in software development particularly with .NET MVC .NET Core JavaScript and/or Angular and SQL.
This role involves close collaboration with teams to meet complex project requirements and deliver highquality software solutions. This role is designed for a software engineer who is adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic fastpaced environment. What you will do
- Work as a core member of a global team that drives the appropriate use and implementation of technology to deliver world class solutions that delights our customers.
- Work in Agile teams following Agile SAFe methodologies to deliver high quality products on time with performance and localization requirements in mind.
- Build test and deliver innovative solutions to complex challenges as well as diagnosing and resolving complex issues.
- Implement and drive best software development practice.
- Work in a selfdirected manner on research and development projects making technical decisions and doing real R&D.
- Maintain and improve existing codebases ensuring highquality and efficient software.
- Document all development processes changes and strategies.
- Participate actively in continuous learning to adopt new technologies and best practices in software development.
Who you are
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
- Extensive relevant professional experience in software development with specific skills in NET MVC .NET Core JavaScript and/or Angular and SQL SQL Server preferred.
- Handson experience building modular and componentbased frontend applications with a strong grasp of JavaScript and/or Angular
- Must be able to employ best practices for designing reusable code and must be able to optimize UI features for maximum speed and scalability
- Successful track record delivering high quality and thoroughly tested products on time
- Able to adhere to technical standards as well as being able to strongly influence peers within a development team
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills capable of effectively articulating technical challenges and solutions to stakeholders and peers.
- Highly motivated and selfdirected capable of multitasking and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is preferred.
