This role leads teams to develop and facilitate the business contingency program. Partners with senior leadership across the enterprise to develop and implement the strategic direction and plans to ensure business continuity and effective emergency management.

What it Takes:
As the Head of Fund Ecosystem Operational Resilience you will be accountable for developing a global team of managers and specialists in leading the charge to establish the infrastructure and business capabilities that support best in class business resilience and control environment across Middle and Back Office. In addition managing the ThirdParty Risk Management program. Your role will involve anticipating challenges and collaborating with peers business partners both internal and external stakeholders such as Investment Management Group Banking partners and Technology Vendors to ensure seamless of the longterm strategy.
