Head of Fund Ecosystem Operational Resilience

This role leads teams to develop and facilitate the business contingency program. Partners with senior leadership across the enterprise to develop and implement the strategic direction and plans to ensure business continuity and effective emergency management.

What it Takes:

As the Head of Fund Ecosystem Operational Resilience you will be accountable for developing a global team of managers and specialists in leading the charge to establish the infrastructure and business capabilities that support best in class business resilience and control environment across Middle and Back Office. In addition managing the ThirdParty Risk Management program. Your role will involve anticipating challenges and collaborating with peers business partners both internal and external stakeholders such as Investment Management Group Banking partners and Technology Vendors to ensure seamless of the longterm strategy.

Core Responsibilities:

• Hires evaluates and supervises crew. Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew. Sets performance standards reviews performance and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.
• Leads the development of business continuity and disaster recovery plans. Responsible for enterprisewide testing and emergency response. Guides the selection of operating strategies for the continuation of the business within a recovery time objective.
• Acts as a primary point of contact for senior management and oversees business recovery crisis management emergency management contingency planning and disasterpreparedness planning. Ensures availability of support and expertise during live events.
• Leads business continuity lifecycle planning and business impact analysis. Develops enterprisewide framework to identify and quantify the potential impact of various disruptions and disaster scenarios. Presents business continuity issues and provides consulting services and direction to senior management.
• Oversees monitoring and reporting on the compliance of business continuity processes readiness events and exercise results. Supports enterprise and senior management in relationships with audit and government regulators on business continuity issues. Oversees the creation of risk exposure metrics and reports on risk and metrics to senior management.
• Develops enhances and disseminates information on continuity processes standards and initiatives. Leads the creation of trainings and directs the use of approved contingency planning tools and plans.
• Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Graduate degree preferred.
• Minimum of ten years related work experience. Five years of business contingency or disaster recovery management experience. Supervisory experience preferred.
• Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) (CBCP) or Master Business Continuity Professional (MBCP) is preferred Associate Business Continuity Professional (ACBP) (ABCP) Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) (CISA) Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) (CISSP) or progress towards business continuity planning certification is preferred.
