This is a fulltime position working onsite in Augusta GA. This role home base is located at 2743 Perimeter Parkway Building #200.
Position Purpose:
Lead organize and develop staff to administer government program functions ensuring compliance with CMS performance and budgetary guidelines. Regularly interact with federal and state agency liaisons.
What Youll Do:
Operational Compliance and Business Operations:
Ensure system and operational compliance with CMS directives.
Establish guide and analyze the effectiveness of business operations against benchmarks developed as measures of success.
Analyze performance trends and develop new or modified work processes to improve overall operations quality timeliness customer satisfaction and financial outcomes.
Direct develop evaluate and motivate subordinates to achieve and maintain production and quality standards.
Strategic Planning and Budget Management:
Participate in the development of the corporate strategic plan.
Implement a divisional strategic plan with goals supportive of the corporate strategic plan.
Manage the budget to ensure costeffectiveness and performance quality.
Serve as a liaison and maintain proactive working relationships with CMS and other Medicare program leadership or state leadership as needed by contract definition.
Problem Resolution:
Investigate and resolve action items assigned by executive management.
Resolve priority level problems from providers beneficiaries CMS and/or state agencies.
To Qualify for This Position Youll Need the Following:
Required Education:
Bachelors
Required Work Experience:
11 years of jobrelated experience including 6 years of progressively responsible health related work experience.
Either 5 years of management experience OR 5 years of equivalent military experience in grade E4 of above.
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning.
We Prefer That You Have the Following:
Experience in proposal development and program management (PMP).
