Job Summary: Yubi is seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with 710 years of experience in non technology hiring to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting sourcing and hiring top talent for various positions within the organization. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our growth and ensuring we have the right talent to drive our success.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract highquality candidates.
Utilize various channels such as job boards social media professional networks and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
Schedule and conduct interviews including phone video and inperson interviews.
Assess candidates qualifications experience and cultural fit for the organization.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruiting needs and requirements.
Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure timely and effective communication between candidates and hiring managers.
Employer Branding:
Promote Yubi as an employer of choice through various branding initiatives.
Participate in career fairs networking events and other recruitment activities to enhance the companys visibility.
Develop and maintain relationships with universities industry associations and other relevant organizations.
Recruitment Process Management:
Manage the endtoend recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.
Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback.
Maintain accurate and uptodate recruitment records and reports.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to senior management.
Continuously improve recruitment processes and practices based on data and feedback.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
710 years of experience in talent acquisition or sales recruitment preferably in the technology or financial services sector.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
