We provide our clients with professional services specialised aerospace and defence sales delivery and operational subject matter expertise. We are looking for personnel to join our team and support key client projects.

Who we are supporting

Allied Command Transformation (ACT) is NATOs leading agent for change: driving facilitating and advocating the continuous improvement of Alliance capabilities to maintain and enhance the military relevance and effectiveness of the Alliance. The main objectives of ACT are: providing appropriate support to NATO missions and operations; leading NATO military transformation; and improving relationships interaction and practical cooperation with partners nations and international organisations. ACT therefore leads Alliance concept development capability development training and lessonslearned initiatives and provides unfettered military support to policy development within NATO.

The program

Capability Development & Management Support (CDMS)

DCOS Capability Development (CAPDEV) acts as the Supreme Allied Commander Transformations Director for guidance direction and coordination of the activities and resources of the Capability Development Directorate.

The Requirements Division will execute all tasks and activities needed to support requirements management for NATO capabilities

The Capability Requirements (CR) Branch will develop the Capability Requirements Brief and recommended courses of action to resolve issues through the life cycle management of requirements using matrixed crossfunctional projectspecific Requirements Management teams.

The Requirements Forward Branch (Mons) is responsible for conducting requirements development and management representation and engagementrelated functions in Europe.

The Capability Division coordinates the development of capabilities from capability planning through acceptance and then disposal with management entities NATO Headquarters staff and the NATO Governance Structure

The Capability Forward Branch (Mons) coordinates with ACO NCIA NSPA NATO HQ territorial Host Nations and NATO Centres of Excellence (COEs) to support the development of capabilities.

Strategic Plans and Policy (SPP) supports Allied Command Transformation in formalizing military advice to shape future military strategy political guidance and other policy documents supporting NATOs strategic objectives.

Role Background

The NATO SACT Demonstration Team is a strategic initiative designed to showcase the transformative power of SACTs cuttingedge technologies and innovative solutions to a wide range of audiences including NATO leadership Nations International Staff Military and Civil Institutions and external stakeholders. The Demo Team will employ a variety of formats to communicate SACTs work including live demonstrations simulations interactive workshops and digital platforms.

Role Responsibilities

  • Product Demonstrations: Lead and conduct live product demos (software hardware interactive workshops concepts simulations and virtual reality experiences) webinars and Online Courses for NATO HQs and entities Nations target audiences and internal teams showcasing the technical features and value of ACTs solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as the general subject matter expert (SME) on the technical aspects of the Commands products providing indepth insights during engagements product evaluations and preimplementation activities.
  • Collaboration with CrossFunctional Teams: Work closely with product development SMEs and R&D teams to stay updated on new features product improvements and technical advancements to integrate into demos.
  • ProblemSolving: Address technical inquiries troubleshoot issues and offer solutions in realtime during demos and evaluations.
  • Feedback Loop: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the success of demonstration activities. Gather feedback from audiences and relay insights to the product management team to inform future product development and enhancement.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a high level of recipient satisfaction throughout the demo and evaluation process driving engagement and building trust with technical stakeholders.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Monitor the success of campaigns and engagements track recipient satisfaction and provide regular reports to leadership on the effectiveness of the demo team including key findings insights and recommendations for improvement.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a technical role such as engineering IT or scientific research.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a customerfacing position preferably in a technical account or solutions engineering role
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in crafting and executing technical resultsdriven communications and campaigns.
  • Minimum of 2 years working with crossfunctional teams including subject matter experts graphic designers videographers and PR professionals
  • Proficiency with explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Experience with managing and fostering relationships across all levels.

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Experience with international organizations or multinational teams and working in a military or defense environment.
  • Experience with AI virtual and augmented reality technologies.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of NATO structures and procedures.
  • Fluency in multiple languages (e.g. French)

Education

  • A degree in a relevant field such as Engineering IT Marketing or a related field.

Language Proficiency

  • Advanced Proficiency in English.
