Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Bar Assistant to be a part of our integral team at Alexander Barracks Pirbright Surrey GU24 0QQ.

As a Bar Assistant you will be managing the bars operations throughout your shift. You will be mixing and serving drinks whilst keeping the bar area clean and fully stocked. You will provide excellent customer service at all times and be reporting into the General Manager on site.

- We are offering a part time permanent position. You will be working 20 hours per week Monday Friday between 6.45pm 11pm leaving your weekends free! The hourly rate is 11.44.

What youll be doing:
- You will be mixing and serving drinks both alcoholic and nonalcoholic to meet customer preferences. You will also be using Challenge 25 to ensure all IDs are valid.
- You will be capable of lone working and managing the bar service on your own.
- Cleaning the bar area ensuring everything is clean and tidy before during and after service. This will include stocking up stock rotation facing up spot cleaning etc.
- Operating the tills and taking card and cash payments ensuring you are keeping financial records as required and offering excellent customer service to our customers. This will include cashing up at the end of the shift.
Experience
- Previous bar experience is desirable however full training will be given on site.
- For this role you must be 18
- Must have eligibility to work in the UK and have resided for longer than 3 years. Security checks are required for this role
- Must have reliable transport due to the location of the site and limited public transport.
