Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Location: Area 11 Abuja
Salary: 237500 Gross Monthly
Industry: Sports Betting / iGaming
Experience: 1–3 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat phone email and social media.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Assist users with account setup deposits/withdrawals and general bettingrelated queries.
- Escalate technical issues to the platform or IT team and follow up on resolutions.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of platform features promotions and betting rules.
- Record customer interactions and feedback for reporting and improvement purposes.
- Provide a seamless customer experience and ensure satisfaction at all touchpoints.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer service role preferably within the betting or fintech space.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of sports betting platforms odds and common user issues.
- Techsavvy with basic troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and evenings.
- Calm patient and solutionoriented approach to customer engagement.
