WoodenStreet is seeking a PreSales Executive to manage and qualify customer leads in the interior design segment. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of customer support or presales experience preferably in a startup with strong communication and lead management skills. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between initial customer inquiries and final sales conversions.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Qualification: Engage with inbound leads assess customer needs and qualify them based on predefined criteria.
- Customer Interaction: Initiate conversations with potential clients via calls emails and WhatsApp to understand their interior design requirements.
- Followups & Coordination: Maintain regular followups with interested customers and schedule consultations with the sales and design teams.
- CRM Management: Accurately update and manage lead details in the CRM system to track and improve conversion rates.
- Collaboration with Sales & Design Teams: Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to the interior design consultants and sales team.
- Customer Query Resolution: Address inquiries regarding services pricing timelines and design processes to enhance customer engagement.
- Reporting & Insights: Provide regular updates on lead pipeline customer concerns and conversion metrics for process improvement.
Requirements
Required Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Prior experience in customer interaction lead management or telesales.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally and persuasively.
Knowledge of CRM tools and leadtracking systems.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
Proactive selfmotivated and targetdriven approach.
Desired Skills:
2 years of experience in the Home Interiors Real Estate Kitchens and Wardrobes or related industry.
Basic understanding of interior sales home decor or furniture industry.
Ability to explain interior design concepts to customers.
Education & Experience:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
Experience: 23 years in customer support lead management or presales roles.
