A growing financial services organization is looking for a Bilingual KoreanEnglish Marketer / Agent Recruiter to support the expansion of its advisor network across the U.S. with a focus on the KoreanAmerican community. This is a remote opportunity that combines recruiting relationshipbuilding and sales support in the life insurance and financial services space.
In this role you ll play a critical part in recruiting new advisors providing training and tools for success and supporting their growth through strategic marketing resources and client service coordination. Youll also have the opportunity to produce as an agent yourself building deeper rapport and understanding with the advisors you recruit.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard new life insurance agents and financial advisors.
- Serve as a resource to agents by providing product comparisons quotes and illustrations.
- Promote the company s marketing programs and ensure advisors know how to leverage them.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assist agents with licensing case submissions and business processing.
- Offer guidance on product positioning and strategy to help advisors succeed.
- Coordinate with the marketing department to enhance recruitment efforts and campaigns.
- Operate as a licensed producer to build credibility with your network.
Qualifications:
- 1 3 years of experience in sales recruiting or a related field (life insurance agent experience preferred).
- Familiarity with life insurance products including Whole Life Indexed Universal Life (IUL) and Indexed Annuities.
- Active Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain one.
- Fluency in Korean and English (both written and verbal).
- Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and stay organized.
- Problemsolving mindset with a proactive attitude.
