Sommaire du poste:
Sous la supervision du Directeur Strat gie et efficacit organisationnelle le programmeur 1C sera responsable de concevoir am liorer et maintenir notre syst me ERP 1C afin de r pondre aux besoins volutifs de l entreprise. Il participera activement l int gration de nouvelles fonctionnalit s la r alisation de tests rigoureux et l optimisation des processus d affaires. Il sera galement charg de r diger la documentation technique pertinente et d offrir un support technique aux utilisateurs en veillant la qualit la s curit et l efficacit des solutions mises en place.
Principales responsabilit s:
- D velopper maintenir et am liorer notre syst me ERP 1C en int grant des fonctionnalit s sur mesure pour r pondre aux besoins sp cifiques de l entreprise;
- Collaborer avec les quipes internes pour recueillir les besoins proposer des solutions techniques et en assurer l impl mentation;
- Assurer l int gration de 1C avec d autres syst mes d information utilis s par l entreprise (ex. : plateformes de signature num rique portail client etc.;
- Effectuer des tests rigoureux et des contr les de qualit pour garantir la fiabilit la s curit et lefficacit des syst mes d velopp s;
- R diger de la documentation technique et offrir un support technique aux utilisateurs;
- Participer l optimisation des processus d affaires en tirant profit des fonctionnalit s offertes par 1C.
Profil recherch :
- Dipl me en informatique g nie logiciel ou dans un domaine connexe;
- Exp rience pratique avec 1C : Entreprise (id alement version 8.3.24;
- Solides comp tences en programmation (Langage 1C SQL etc.;
- Ma trise de la suite MS Office (Word Excel Outlook etc.;
- Capacit comprendre les processus d affaires et les traduire en solutions techniques;
- Bonne communication crite et orale en fran ais (la connaissance de l anglais est un atout);
- Exp rience dans l int gration de 1C avec d autres syst mes via API (un atout);
- Autonomie rigueur et capacit travailler efficacement avec un minimum de supervision
- Respect de l thique et de la confidentialit des donn es.

Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Director Strategy and Organizational Efficiency the 1C programmer will be responsible for designing improving and maintaining our ERP 1C system to meet the evolving needs of the business. The role involves actively participating in the integration of new features performing rigorous testing and optimizing business processes. The programmer will also be tasked with writing relevant technical documentation and providing technical support to users ensuring the quality security and efficiency of the solutions implemented.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop maintain and enhance our ERP 1C system integrating custom features to meet the company s specific needs;
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements propose technical solutions and implement them;
- Ensure the integration of 1C with other information systems used by the company (e.g. digital signature platforms customer portal etc.;
- Conduct rigorous testing and quality checks to ensure the reliability security and effectiveness of developed systems;
- Write technical documentation and provide technical support to users;
- Participate in optimizing business processes by leveraging the features offered by 1C.
Desired Profile:
- Degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field;
- Practical experience with 1C: Enterprise (preferably version 8.3.24;
- Strong programming skills 1C language SQL etc.;
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word Excel Outlook etc.;
- Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions;
- Good written and oral communication skills in French (knowledge of English is an asset);
- Experience in integrating 1C with other systems via API (a plus);
- Autonomy rigor and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision;
- Adherence to ethical standards and data confidentiality.
