Job Description

The Class is seeking a highly organized detailoriented Project Coordinator to support crossfunctional marketing and creative projects. Youll play a pivotal role in structuring tasks managing timelines and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. This is a parttime position ideal for a solutionoriented person who thrives in fastpaced environments and excels at problemsolving. 

This role offers growth potential with opportunities to expand your hours and take on additional responsibilities as projects scale. Youll have a direct impact on the success of highvisibility campaigns and promotions while collaborating with a passionate creative team in a dynamic environment. This role reports to the Director of Project Management.

What youll do:

  • Project Coordination: Structure and assign tasks across marketing and creative teams ensuring alignment with deadlines and priorities.

  • Calendar Management: Maintain and optimize marketing/promotional calendars tracking deliverables and dependencies.

  • Task Automation: Generate and assign recurring tasks using tools like Asana ensuring clarity and accountability.

  • Resource Planning: Collaborate with the Director of Project Management to forecast resourcing needs and timelines for campaigns promotions and projects.

  • Operational Support: Assist the Director of Project Management with daytoday tasks including followups status updates and administrative duties to ensure smooth project .

  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to enhance workflow efficiency.

Compensation: 

This is a New York based parttime position with a starting pay rate of $25 per hour.  


Qualifications :

  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Strong notetaking ability to document meetings action items and decisions.

  • Agile mindset with a knack for adapting to shifting priorities.

  • Solutionoriented approach to challenges.

  • Balanced in selfmotivation and excellent communication skills able to work independently while effectively collaborating with team members to achieve project goals.

What youve done:

  • 1 2 years in administrative support scheduling or task tracking 

  • 12 years in assisting in documentation and/or meeting logistics

  • Flexible schedule to balance the support of  multiple deadlines and shifting priorities within limited hours

  • Experience with Asana or similar project management tools (e.g. Trello Jira Monday) is a plus.

  • Familiarity with marketing workflows or creative production processes is preferred.
