Job Description
Manage for industrial engineering standards routing ergonomics MTM time data management in routing Plant layout and support PGL for Hemaraj Plant.
- Manage for ergonomic design of work system & Load Force Limits by Legal.
- Manage for workplace design and development of work system with MTM and VicTa.
- Manage for time data management standard time for employee and machine with allowance time.
- Lead for standardized work in chart for work station for define standard working times
- Support release new machine for the topic of Ergonomic Legal and MTM.
- Support to coordinate with cross function in BOI topic. New BOI project preparation revise
- current BOI certificated.
- Support for Planning Guideline (PGL) HmjP new MAE and MAE Plant layout control
- Support Production Dept. Routing verification for each products part number.
- Support CIP activity Cycle time improvement and support IATF16949 audit from internal and external auditor.
Qualifications :
Qualification
- Bachelors Degree with industrial engineering or related field
- Experience in automotive manufacturing
- Competence experience in industrial engineering standard
- Knowledge in BOI process IATF 16949 ISO 14001 ISO 45001
- Good in English for communication
