Your key responsibilities will include:

• Demonstrate proficiency in functional processes technology and engineering practices.
• Engage with internal business partners to ensure that technical decisions are based on the broad vision of the organization and achieve optimum results.
• Develop and ensure appropriate timelines milestones cost estimates and project objectives are achieved
• Identify evaluate specify and select appropriate technologies vendors and construction services consistent with shortterm and longterm requirements.
• Ensure project evaluations and implementations are in line with economic personnel environmental product quality machine performance and engineering related requirements.
• Identify and drive innovative solutions to address business/process opportunities and issues.
• Develops partnership with external vendors agencies suppliers and service providers to drive business success and enhance effectiveness of processes.
• Drives continuous improvement by identifying root cause of issues and implementing new methods or technology to enhance effectiveness and drive business success.
• Manage capital projects including estimating specifying equipment controlling project costs and maintaining project timelines.

What are we looking for

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering with 2 years progressive experience orAssociate Degree in Engineering or related field with 7 years of progressive experience or; 7 years relevant work experience in a technical field
• Expertise with PLCs SCADA HMIs and related equipment
• Strong analytical decision making and problemsolving skills with an ability to recommend continuous improvements
• Demonstrates selfmotivation personal leadership and the ability to lead and develop the team
• Ability and commitment to drive change and improvements and strong desire to learn understand and apply technologies.
• Strong organizational and communication skills (Desirable)
• Proficiency in Computer Aided Design (CAD) applications. Equipment and/or process design and development (Desirable)
