Job Description

Job Description: Manager Business Development

Location:

  • Delhi & Chennai

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Responsible for sales in the Indian market for a SaaS product.

  • Lead outbound and direct sales efforts by engaging potential clients building relationships and closing deals.

  • Fieldintensive role involving frequent client visits lead generation and market engagement.

  • Experience in independently managing deal sizes of INR 50 L ARR.

  • Coordinate with the Presales team for demos and POCs.

  • Prepare proposals conduct commercial negotiations and handle contract closures.

  • Collect payments from customers and manage customer relationships.

  • Strong communication skills to interact with CXOlevel executives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 68 years of experience in outbound and direct sales (preferably in the garment industry).

  • 45 years of experience in selling ERP solutions.

  • Solid business development and acquisition experience.

  • Strong relationship and account management skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis for sales performance.

  • Proactive and solutionsoriented capable of working independently.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Strong business acumen with an ability to understand customer needs.
