Job Description
ProgressiveHealth of Indiana LLCis seeking aPRN Speech Language Pathologist to join our outstanding team of healthcare professionals in a multisetting center: a dedicated outpatient center a small swing bed inpatient division and an exciting home health team. This position is not slated for a CFY so applicants must be a fully licensed standalone SLP.
What you need for this position:
Previous medical experience specializing in diagnosis and treatment of speech and language problems
Speech Language Pathology Degree
Illinois SLP license or ability to obtain a Illinois SLP license is required

Our ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelors Masters or Doctoral Degree in Speech Language Pathology
- The required state licensure certification and registration that is in good standing with the state or the ability to obtain the required state licensure
- CPR/AED/BLS (basic life support) certification or the ability to obtain it prior to start of employment; maintain and provide proof of current certification(s)
- The ability to stand walk and sit throughout entire assigned shift
- A high degree of professionalism in both written and verbal communication
- The ability to work both independently and in a team environment without constant supervision
- Be able to maintain confidentiality
- Strong computer skills including proficiency with databases and with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook Word PowerPoint and Excel
Pay: Ranges from $38 $55/hour
