How will I help
We believe we can help all our customers make the most of their money through assisting them with their everyday banking and asking the right questions to better identify and understand their needs. The role ofPersonal Banking Advisoris a key customer facing position in our branch network as you will have quality conversations with our customers on a daytoday basis creating a stressfree seamless experience for each person you serve.
Youll behelping our customers with their transactional and savings banking needs referring them to team of specialists when required and proactively contacting existing customers via phone or email.

What do I need
Some experience in customer service is a must especially if it involved you putting your passion into making sales as well. Youll be confident to build relationships and then manage them for the longterm.
