The HR/Admin Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing human resources functions and administrative operations within the organization. This position demands a keen understanding of HR policies procedures and labor laws coupled with strong administrative acumen. The HR/Admin Manager collaborates with various departments to ensure compliance efficiency and a positive organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
Manage the entire employee lifecycle including recruitment onboarding training performance evaluations and separations.
Facilitate employee relations by addressing grievances conflicts and disciplinary issues with fairness and professionalism.
Coordinate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and execute effective recruitment strategies.
Oversee compensation and benefits administration including payroll processing insurance and retirement plans.
Keep abreast of labor laws and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
Administrative Operations:
Supervise administrative staff and allocate tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Manage office facilities including maintenance security and equipment procurement.
Develop and maintain efficient filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
Coordinate travel arrangements meetings and events as required by the organization.
Monitor and manage office expenditures to optimize budget utilization.
Implement and maintain workplace health and safety protocols in accordance with regulations.
Employee Development and Engagement:
Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives and teambuilding activities.
Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate interventions.
Recognize and reward employee achievements to boost morale and motivation.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on HR metrics such as turnover rates recruitment statistics and training effectiveness.
Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform strategic decisionmaking.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or related field; advanced degree or HR certification is a plus.
Proven experience in human resources management and administrative roles with a focus on leadership and supervision.
Indepth knowledge of HR principles practices and employment legislation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and resolve conflicts effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Problemsolving mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
