Job Description
Aramark UK is looking to hire a Kitchen Porter to join their fantastic team at Elizabeth Barracks Pirbright Camp Brookwood WOKING GU24 0DT.
This is an exciting varied fulltime role supporting the Kitchen and Front of House (FOH) teams as needed and keeping those areas neat and tidy.
Aramark provides worldclass contract catering services to our extensive list of clients across the UK including Defence and Judicial private industry and Education. We are lucky to have some of the best Culinary and Catering talent that the UK has to offer working within our teams.
You must be eligible to work in the UK and have resided incountry for more than 3 years. Security checks are required for this role.
What is in it for you:
This is a fulltime position 35 hours per week 5 days over 7 alternate weekends off). Shifts range between 06:00 and 20:00 leaving your evenings free a rarity when you work within culinary/hospitality.
Hourly rate 11.44.

A day in the life of a Kitchen Porter:
Delivering food to outlets onsite.
Carrying out all washing up duties for a busy kitchen and restaurant.
Supporting the kitchen and FOH team where possible.
Ensuring FOH and BOH are clean and tidy.
Assisting with deliveries and organizing them in the correct storage areas.
Removing waste from waste containers and disposal in the correct external bins.
You will be set up for success if you have:
Previous kitchen experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
You must be eligible to work in the UK and have resided incountry for more than 3 years. Security checks are required for this role.
Customer focused and a strong communicator.
Excellent team player with a flexible approach to duties.
