Distribution Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to boost distribution sales for kitchen and interior plywood products.
- Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets in line with company goals.
- Identify and onboard new dealers distributors and channel partners to expand market presence.
- Collaborate with existing partners to improve engagement sales performance and product visibility.
Channel & Relationship Management:
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with dealers distributors architects interior designers and contractors.
- Provide training and support to channel partners on product knowledge pricing and sales techniques.
- Resolve distributor and dealer issues effectively to ensure smooth business operations.
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and pricing strategies to stay competitive.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to product positioning and improvements.
- Implement promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives to boost sales.
Operational & Reporting Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely order processing stock availability and coordination with supply chain teams for deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of sales expenses collections and distributor performance.
- Submit weekly/monthly sales reports and insights to the management team.
Skills:
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple distributors and thrive in a highvolume sales environment.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
Other:
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Experience:
48 years in sales preferably in plywood laminates kitchen hardware or interior products.
Industry Knowledge:
Thorough understanding of kitchen & interior plywood products and the distribution sales network
