Opening: 4am9am
Morning: 9am1pm
Afternoon:1pm6pm
Closing: 6pmmidnight
The Member Experience Associate provides our members with an amazing customer experience from the second they walk in.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leader
- Proven experience in exceeding expectations at every opportunity
- BiLingual preferred but not required
- Ability to provide excellent customer service under all circumstances
- Strong sense of urgency and problemsolving when it comes to helping customers
- A positive upbeat personality.
- Ability to communicate clearly professionally and proactively when needed.
- Prior experience in sales retail or hospitality is helpful.
- Active CPR/AED certification preferred.
- Greet and check in members as they come in.
- Sell memberships retail and merchandise.
- Follow up with prospects promptly.
- Ensure a safe and clean health club environment for members and staff.
- Follow company policies procedures and best practices
