Estate Agent Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator Knowle Solihull up to 25k basic
My client is a leading independent agent who have built up an impressive brand over many years. They are looking for an experienced Estate Agent Senior Sales Negotiator where you will be registering applicants booking and carrying out viewings tying up offers and sales progression. They pride themselves on their reputation for delivering outstanding customer service and they believe in bringing together traditional values the latest technology and a real passion for people and property.
Main Duties:
- Arranging and carrying property viewings
- Negotiating sales
- Listening to potential buyers requirements and selling the best suited property
- Carrying out Sales Progression
Experience Required:
- Recent experience working as an Estate Agent
- A passion for providing great customer service
- Well presented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Full UK driving license and car
Working Hours Monday to Friday 9am 5.30pm and Saturdays on a rota 9am 4pm with day off in lieu
