Job Description

Job Profile

Reeds Rains Branch in Selby are looking to recruit a new Negotiator to join the team on a full time permanent basis.

This branch is part of National Home Move who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.

As a negotiator you will:

  • Register Customers and carry out property matches for Sales and Lettings properties.
  • Generate and conduct property viewings.
  • Negotiate offers between all parties.
  • Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages conveyancing insurance)
  • Display excellent customer service at all times.
Industry experience is required

In return we offer:

  • On Target Earning (OTE) Pay circa 24000 plus per annum
  • 6 months guaranteed commission pay.
  • 5 day working week to include Saturdays on rota.

It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

The nature of this opportunity means the role is predominantly office based.
