BUSINESS STRATEGY & PROFITABILITY (Level of Responsibility and Time & Effort spent Proposing and curation pf menu basis the client brief Proactive efforts to build client rapport and confidence Effective rapport building with event managers and planners to build the business Liaise between clients and planners to ensure all client expectations are met and a seamless event experience Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options. Maximizing revenue through innovative sales practices Responsible for Sales Tracker and its inputs and daily actualization report Maintain a strong database of past and new clients and doing constant telecalling to tap business Quick action of lead generation from business partners and smart closure of deals Work closely with the business partners to maximize revenue and correct timely billing Accurate billing compliance to avoid any bad debts and delayed pending payments Ensures monthly all guest sales advances are received as per the agreement policy Cross selling and Upselling of alternate locations and catering orders
