Job Description

Location Banjara Hills Hyderabad (Work from Office) Night Shifts 7:00PM to 4:00AM IST) 5 Days working (Monday to Friday) Key Responsibilities: Conduct cold calls to prospective clients within the US staffing industry to generate leads and identify staffing requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their business needs and effectively communicating how our staffing solutions can address those needs. Collaborate with the broader sales and recruitment teams to ensure a seamless and efficient client engagement process. Achieve and exceed individual and teambased targets related to lead generation and sales closures. Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market developments to provide insightful information to clients and adapt sales strategies accordingly. Qualifications: MBA graduates with a specialization in Sales/Marketing or Any graduate with experience international process. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to work comfortably in night shifts to accommodate the US time zone. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
