CONSTRUCTION PROCUREMENT MANAGER
Compensation
Our client is a premier custom homebuilding company dedicated to transforming client visions into reality through craftsmanship attention to detail and commitment to excellence. They specialize in building luxury homes that reflect the unique lifestyle and preferences of each client.
Position Overview:
As the Construction Procurement Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all procurement activities for our construction projects. You will work closely with project managers subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials supplies and services at competitive prices while maintaining high standards of quality. Your ability to manage relationships and negotiate contracts effectively will be key to the success of our projects.

Compensation
- Minimum $70k salary (range above based on experience).
- Health insurance coverage.

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction procurement purchasing or supply chain management.
- Proven experience in negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials tools equipment and subcontractor services.
- Ability to analyze and manage procurement budgets effectively.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with residential home builders particularly in new home construction.
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Bluebeam Smartsheet and buildertrend experience is a plus
- Ability to read plans and create takeoffs is a plus
