- THIS IS A NONCAREER APPOINTMENT THAT IS LIMITED TO 129 HOURS PER MONTH AND 1039 HOURS PER APPOINTMENT.
Greet customers collect tolls; assist drivers across the bridge; check truck traffic to ensure compliance with bridge rules and regulations; assist in taking surveys help law enforcement agencies in locating sought vehicles and deliver emergency messages assist in distributing customer comment cards as necessary. Acts as secondary operator of Security Operations Center as deemed necessary by supervision depending upon current security level. As a 24/7 operation the position requires working various schedules which will include weekends and holidays as needed.

To be considered for this position you must:
- Possession of a Western Hemisphere Travel Initiative (WHTI) Document (e.g. Passport Passport Card NEXUS Card WHTI approved State enhanced Drivers License).
- Possession of a valid drivers license.
- Meet the requirements of U.S. Customs Border Protection (CBP) as it pertains to the Canada Customs Act and any applicable international agreements between the U.S. and Canada.
