Organization:
PAMFPalo Alto Medical Foundation PADPosition Overview:
Conducts daily inspections of equipment spaces documents operational status and ensures proper operation of all plant equipment medical gas systems utility services and backup systems. Manages furniture inventory including coordinating requests for furniture reconfigurations and coordinating new employee needs. Prepares cubes/offices for new employees. Performs assigned normal and urgent repairs. Completes basic preventative maintenance.Job Description:
EDUCATION:
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience.
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:
DLValid Drivers License Class C
AUTOAutomobile Insurance
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
2 years recent relevant experience
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Computer skills and building automation systems experience.
Working knowledge of energy conservation required formal training.
Must have basic math skills to include addition subtraction division multiplication and decimals.
Ability to read and write in order to understand equipment operating instructions and maintains logs and records of work performed and to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturers specifications in order to perform preventive maintenance.

Pay Range is $46.62 to $58.26 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidates experience education skills licensure and certifications department equity training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
