Job Description
The Customer Service Associate is an integral part of the Lifecycle Services service model working nearly every aspect of a customer request. As a Customer Service Associate you are directly responsible for completing customer parts orders assisting with workforce planning and service delivery schedules and supporting quality assurance processes. With general direction you will act as the primary liaison between customers Premier Service Providers Regional Machining Center site management and Final Control product engineers as needed.
IN THIS ROLE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Responsibleforpartsorder andentryincluding pricereviewdeliveryreleaseandwork scope/planning activities.
- Works closely withoperations team on scheduling of work andensuring materialsourcing planssupport customer promise dates.
- TransactsbasicbuyingandplanningresponsibilitiesusingAXIOMandOraclesystems.
- Enterspurchaseordershandlestransactionaldiscussionsto/withsuppliers.
- UnderstandsMSDS guidelines and practicesand applies them tocustomerorders and requestsas completed.
- May assist withrepair quoting and order entry as needed and under the direction of the internal fulfillment specialist or RMC site leadership.
- Ensuresallprocesses fromquotepurchaseandfinaldocumentation areaccurately captured for future reference.Requires afullunderstanding of theQuality Management System andprocesses.
- AbilitytofacilitatetechnicalquestionandanswersbetweencustomersvalvetechniciansEmerson engineering resources and other collaborators.
- Completesimportandexportcomplianceadministrativepaperwork.
- Abilitytofollowproceduresandguidelinesondistributionofintellectualproperty.
- Mayperform basicinventorytransactionsincludingphysicalinventoryprocessingasinstructed.

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:
- High School diploma and 2 year of previous industry related experienceOR
- Associates or Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management Inventory Control or a related fieldwitha combination of previous service work experience.
- Any relevant customer service experience
- AuthorizedtoworkinCanadawithoutsponsorshipnoworinthefuture.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:
- Understanding or work experience with Fisher and Final Control product
- Demonstratedabilitytoquicklylearnproprietarysystems like Oracle etc
- Strongcommunicationskills bothoralandwritten.
- Abilitytomeetdeadlines.
- Abilitytoprioritizecompeting demands.
- Strongattentiontodetailandproblemsolvingskills.
- Any relevant customer service supply chain experience
