As a Professional Services Consultant your main objective is to help customers who have invested in Wolters Kluwers Capego Suite realize the maximum return on their investment. By drawing on your industry expertise you will challenge and refine clients business processes to ensure they achieve the best outcomes delivering exceptional customer service in the process.
This is an exciting position where every day presents new projects and clients. You will conduct interactive and engaging training sessionsboth online and onsiteguiding clients through system implementation facilitating a smooth onboarding experience and setting them up for success from the start.
You will also collaborate closely with internal teams such as Marketing Development Sales and Customer Service gaining a holistic understanding of how our products drive value for clients and enhance their business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the lead Professional Services Consultant for our new product Capego Practice Management.
Deliver professional services across the Wolters Kluwer Capego Suite.
Provide structured engaging training (online and onsite) tailored to individual client needs as well as open sessions for all clients.
Develop and maintain training materials.
Analyze customer needs to recommend the most effective solutions.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Lead client meetings and presentations.
Contribute to ongoing improvements in our professional services offerings.
Assist in internal product training for colleagues to enhance overall business knowledge.
Leverage online platforms (Teams GoToWebinar ON24 etc. for training and presentations.
Additional Responsibilities
Support Sales as a product specialist during sales meetings.
Collaborate with Product teams to test and refine new features.
Provide specialized support to the Customer Service team for complex client queries; contribute and maintain knowledge articles on the support portal.
Share industry insights with the Marketing team by creating relevant content and articles.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent written and verbal communication with effective presentation skills.
Ability to quickly learn product details and simplify complex ideas for various audiences.
Strong aptitude for multitasking and managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
Proficiency in capturing and maintaining audience attention throughout training or presentations.
Initiativedriven selfstarter with proven adaptability to new technologies.
Firstrate organizational skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
Strong team orientation and a win as a team ethos alongside an ability to work independently.
Proven problemsolving abilities.
Professional Qualifications
Background in accounting or auditing.
Demonstrated proficiency with common office software and virtual communication platforms.
Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken).
Training or facilitation experience (preferred).
Experience creating training content (classroom or digital) is advantageous.
Familiarity with Wolters Kluwers Capego product suite (a plus).
Note: This role requires occasional travel to client sites (approximately 23 days per month).
