About the opportunity: At Everton Football Club we are currently embarking on one of the most significant and exciting chapters in our history.
As we prepare for the imminent move from Goodison Park our home of 133 years to a worldclass new stadium on the banks of the iconic River Mersey we have a unique and exciting opportunity to work within our Mens First Team Football Operations department and join us as Operations Manager.
As our Mens First Team Operations Manager you will successfully and innovatively manage the logistical and operational functions of our Mens First Team operations and will play a leading role in all aspects relating to planning and scheduling arrangements coordinating timings and details across the relevant functions ensuring accurate and informative communications are delivered in required timeframes.
Some key responsibilities as part of this role will include:
You will assume ultimate responsibility for the delivery of scheduling and plans that maximise efficiency in arrangements as well as provide a comprehensive inventory always ensuring a bestinclass service.
Who we are looking for: Essentially we are looking for someone who has proven experience of business operational management including administration and production of official / contractual documentation and has worked within an elite performance environment previously or currently.
You must have extensive knowledge experience and practical application of management and administration within a professional or semiprofessional football team and be comfortable working with a wide variety of demands and be flexible enough to support our elite players across competitive fixtures both home and away.
We need someone who possess the ability to work discreetly under pressure and is a passionate energised team player who embraces opportunities to collaborate with a broader diverse team.
The role is permanent and will be based at Finch Farm training ground in Liverpool (Halewood); working 40 hours per week the closing date of this advert is Monday 21st April 2025.
