Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your ServiceNow platform expertise in a new cuttingedge field. Youll work alongside innovative collaborative and dedicated teammates.

Youll be at the forefront of configuring ServiceNow modules ensuring they seamlessly transition into production environments. Daytoday youll work closely with teams across the business (Service Owners IT Operations) providing technical solutions and assisting with technical challenges and much more.

Youll specifically take care of workflow configuration UI configuration (Service Portal) and client and serverside scripting but also engage in the proactive management of repetitive incidents and major incidents in ServiceNow.

Well look to you for:

• Implementing ServiceNow ITSM modules as a technical resource

• Design development and implementation of new applications on the ServiceNow platform

• Analysis of functional requirement specifications and proposing technical feasibility and solutions

• Mentoring field resources in implementation methodology and best practices

• Managing platform upgrades and maintenance

• Troubleshooting diagnosing and resolving issues collaboratively

• Degree in Computer Science IT or a related field

• Total 4years of experience into Servicenow Implementation

• Experience or understanding of ITSM applications (Incident Problem Change etc.

• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform development and custom solutions

• Familiarity with LDAP VPN SSL SAML/SSO and other related technologies

• A ServiceNow certification is an advantage

• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities
