Job Description
The Student Services Director at Medical Dynamics Inc. is responsible for overseeing all aspects of student support services ensuring the academic and personal needs of students are met effectively. This role includes the management of student advising counseling and outreach programs aimed at fostering a supportive learning environment. The Director will lead a dedicated team develop strategic initiatives and collaborate with various departments to enhance student engagement and success.

- Develop and implement comprehensive student services strategies to support student retention and success.
- Manage and supervise student services staff providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with academic departments to create programs that align with student needs and institutional goals.
- Oversee the administration of student counseling services ensuring highquality support is available for all students.
- Conduct regular assessments of student services and implement improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards related to student services.
- Serve as a liaison between students faculty and administration to address student concerns and enhance communication.
Requirements :
- Proven leadership experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of student development theories and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve student services.
