Customer Support Representative
Remote hire location: Philippines
Hours of work: FT Mo Fr 10 AM 6 PM Eastern Time
Salary:USD
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to handle customer inquiries and assist with delivery times refunds and general orderrelated questions. The ideal candidate will have experience managing high volumes of customer emails and a background in ecommerce or apparel brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to 200400 emails per week primarily addressing lead time inquiries.
- Assist customers with order tracking refunds and general support requests.
- Utilize customer support tools such as Gorgias Shopify and Skubana (training available if needed).
- Provide professional and empathetic responses to ensure positive customer experiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues efficiently.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in customer support preferably in ecommerce.
- Familiarity with clothing or fashion brands is a plus.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries efficiently.
