About your Role
- Full ownership of the endtoend hiring process for our growing teams while embedding a CompetencyBased Hiring framework
- Share extensive experience and expertise in recruitment guiding role alignment best interview practices candidate experience and leveraging data for decisionmaking
- With your business acumen youll build relationships and partner closely with hiring managersprovide guidance and be a trusted advisor to ensure hiring success
- With your solid understanding of market insights youll maintain a strong talent pipeline by exploring new sourcing channels promoting internal referrals and developing creative strategies to attract talent
- Youll continuously improve candidate experience ensuring a thoughtful engaging and highquality recruitment process
- Drive key TA projects such as Employer Branding Talent Analytics or Diversity Hiring alongside your recruiting responsibilities
About your Profile
- Extensive experience in fullcycle recruiting from intake meetings and sourcing to behavioural interviews and offer negotiation
- Belief in structured hiring and competencybased recruitment as a core part of your approach
- A passion for talent trends and a curiosity to experiment with innovative TA strategies
- A consultative mindset as a strategic hiring partner you have the ability to have candid conversations with business leaders about organizational design and talent needs.
- Proactive and resultsdriven with a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring experience
- Ability to coach and empower hiring managers team members and candidates alike
- Fluent English Min B2
- Bonus: Experience in French hiring processes and speaking French would be a strong asset
