Job Description

Tasks

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to endusers for hardware software and networkrelated issues.
  • Install configure and maintain desktops laptops and peripheral devices to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement solutions that enhance user productivity and satisfaction.
  • Document and track service requests incidents and resolutions in the companys ticketing system to maintain accurate records and improve service delivery.
  • Assist in the deployment and management of software updates patches and security measures to safeguard company assets and data.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience in deskside support or a similar technical support role.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear and concise technical guidance to nontechnical users.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic.
