Job Description
Location: Fredericksburg Virginia

NICU Level: Level III
Department: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
Reports to: Chief of Pediatrics or Medical Director
Schedule: Minimum of 8 shifts per month
$286600 per year
Includes 8 shifts/month with a 24hour schedule
We are seeking a committed and experienced BoardCertified Neonatologist to join a Level III NICU team at a 133bed hospital in Fredericksburg VA. This position offers 24hour shifts with inhouse coverage from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and call coverage from a nearby hotel from 4:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The role includes a flexible monthly schedule (minimum 8 shifts/month) and expedited privileges are available for candidates with a clean file.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for continuity of neonatal care

Board Certification in NeonatalPerinatal Medicine (Board Eligible candidates will not be considered)

Minimum 2 years of postresidency clinical experience required

Ability to work a minimum of 8 shifts per month

Must be licensed in Virginia or willing to apply (proof of application required at submission)

Current NRP Certification
