Day to Daytoday responsibilities/project specifics:
Write programs in software code according to functional and nonfunctional criteria and quality standards.
Configure systems in production environments.
Develop and maintain ABAP code for SAP ECP enhancements custom reports interfaces and data transfers as needed to meet business requirements.
Work with the HR Product organization team to ensure that ABAP developments align with business processes and meet functional specifications.
Report progress and issues to the Head of Tech and Scrum Master.
Define solutions for technical IT bottlenecks for new and existing technical (software) systems.
Perform quality checks on code and review recurring incidents.
Install and test applications.
Ensure all delivered products comply with information security data privacy license compliance and audit compliance & control guidelines.
Design maintain and improve software solutions as part of application lifecycle management.
Translate business criteria and customer needs into technical products in close collaboration with the Head of Techs.
Describe technical solutions for user stories or complex systems that meet customer needs and ensure good manageability of the system.
