Job Description
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and histories
- Diagnose a variety of medical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary
- Perform routine checkups and preventive care
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Collaborate with specialists for comprehensive care
- Educate patients and families about health conditions
- Document and maintain accurate patient records
- Consistently update knowledge on medical advances
- Participate in medical staff meetings and conferences
- Manage chronic diseases and acute illnesses
- Provide guidance to junior medical staff and trainees
- Engage in research and clinical trials as needed
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies
- MD/DNB in General Medicine or equivalent
- Medical license to practice in the jurisdiction
- Board certification in Internal Medicine
- Minimum of 35 years of clinical experience
- Strong understanding of current medical practices
- Excellent diagnostic and analytical skills
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Commitment to continuing medical education
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Compassionate and patientcentered approach
- Experience in mentoring and training junior staff
- Participation in professional medical associations
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus
- Ability to handle highstress situations
