Job Description:
We’re looking for a detailoriented and strategic Business Analyst to join our remote team. In this role you will analyze data identify trends and provide actionable insights that support business growth and improve decisionmaking processes. You’ll work closely with stakeholders product managers and crossfunctional teams to understand business needs and translate them into effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Gather analyze and interpret business data to support strategic decisions.

Identify business trends opportunities and areas for improvement.

Develop detailed reports dashboards and data visualizations to communicate findings effectively.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business initiatives.

Support project management activities including risk assessment and change management.

Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics IT or a related field (Master’s preferred).

3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel SQL Power BI Tableau etc..

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.

Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of insert relevant industry tools or technologies.

Experience with data modeling and statistical analysis.

Understanding of software development life cycles.
