Job Description

Job Title: Account Manager

Location: Remote / UKbased


Are you an accomplished professional with experience in software solutions for the architecture and construction industries Join our leading PropTech company as an Account Manager and leverage your expertise to build relationships drive customer success and enhance our service offerings. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about technology and innovation in the property sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Understand client needs and design tailored solutions that leverage our software products to enhance their operations.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of our solutions for clients.
  • Conduct regular checkins and reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and to identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on software best practices trends and industry insights ensuring clients maximize the value of our products.
  • Track account metrics and prepare reports to communicate progress and results to management and stakeholders.
  • Support the development of training materials and resources to help clients effectively use our software solutions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with software products in companies like Autodesk Graphisoft Bentley Systems or similar.
  • Proven track record in account management or clientfacing roles preferably within the architecture engineering or construction sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the PropTech landscape and how innovative software solutions can benefit clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Strong problemsolving skills with a proactive and resultsoriented mindset.
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
