Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire production process ensuring efficient operations and meeting production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage and lead the following departments:
- Production
- Industrial Engineering
- Maintenance
- Product Engineering
- Safety
- Total Quality Management (TQM)
- Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
- Worldclass manufacturing systems
- Six Sigma initiatives
- Implement and improve manufacturing practices focusing on operational excellence and efficiency.
- Monitor production schedules inventory levels and material usage to ensure timely production and optimal resource utilization.
- Work closely with the engineering team to improve product designs enhance manufacturability and reduce production costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards environmental regulations and quality control processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma TPM and TQM methodologies.
- Oversee the training and development of plant employees to enhance skills and performance.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience managing multiple departments in a plant environment (Production Maintenance Engineering Safety).
- Expertise in worldclass manufacturing systems Six Sigma TQM and TPM practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate large teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office SAP and AutoCAD.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
