This is a remote position.
- Conduct indepth research on industryrelated topics to develop original compelling content.
- Ensuring content crafted by writer is humanwritten eliminating the use of AI.
- Develop content for landing pages blogs information pages product descriptions and more.
- Assisting in the development of content for advertising campaigns.
- Proofread own content for errors and inconsistencies.
- Edit and update existing content to improve readability subject to Account Manager/client request.
- Consider client tone and audiences when crafting content for projects and campaigns.
- Use search engine optimisation (SEO) best practice and strategies in writing to maximise the online visibility of a clients website.
- Provide high quality customer service and effective communication to all clients (as required..
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously throughout a set monthly retainer period.
Requirements
- Excellent writing skills as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tactics with a strong focus on content writing.
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients colleagues and management.
- Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously.
- Strict adherence to the style guides and publication policies of each client.
- Excellent time management skills including prioritising scheduling and adapting as necessary.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems. Knowledge of workflow automation tools and processes. Ability to create and manage email marketing campaigns (e.g., MailChimp). Real estate industry experience preferred. Strong written communication skills, particularly via email. Previous experience working with Australian businesses is highly desirable.
