Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Senior Tech Lead/Head of Engineering to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with product design and engineering to develop and ship 01 products.
- Build intuitive highperformance user experiences that meet the needs of our members and partners.
- Develop core infrastructure to enable our care team to deliver delightful healthcare experiences.
- Build integrations with thirdparty health enterprise tools.
- Help us grow our engineering team by contributing to what we value who we hire how we grow how we collaborate and how we celebrate.
- Outstanding communication leadership and collaboration skills.
Requirements
- 5 years of full stack development experience with a proven ability to deliver highquality scalable applications.
- modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (e.g. React).
- objectoriented languages (e.g. Ruby).
- MVC frameworks (e.g. Rails) and relational databases (e.g. Postgres).
- Experience building fast wellorganized and userfriendly APIs.
- Proven experience integrating LLMs or other machine learning models into realworld productionlevel products.
- Track record of rapidly shipping highquality backend systems.
- Solid understanding of web security best practices.
- Experience building thirdparty health enterprise tools and EHR integrations a plus.
- Finds joy in building things turning ambiguity into clarity iterating in slices working with others and making a difference.
- Is a selfstarter and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
