Key Accountabilities:
Purpose of the role
Oversee technical records project delivery across multiple clients ensuring customer excellence operational efficiency and revenue growth. Lead and optimize team performance foster a collaborative highperforming environment and strategically allocate resources to meet project priorities. Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency compliance and overall project excellence.
Project & Resource Management
Plan prioritize and manage project workloads across multiple clients ensuring seamless and alignment with business goals.
Ensure project delivery meets or exceeds customer expectations in quality speed and reliability within defined parameters.
Strategically allocate resources by leveraging the right expertise and capabilities across teams to effectively achieve project priorities.
Performance Optimization and Strategic Alignment
Drive continuous improvement by evaluating team performance and embedding best practices across operations.
Evaluate internal processes and systems to ensure operational effectiveness collaborating with training quality and product innovation teams to drive continuous improvement.
Foster seamless collaboration with Engineering Services VP Tech Managers Reporting Team Leads and Finance/Sales/CSM to align client priorities with business objectives and deliverables.
Team Development & Talent Management
Develop and mentor a highperforming team through continuous learning and professional growth opportunities.
Foster collaboration and open communication through regular team engagements ensuring alignment and operational efficiency
Set clear goals performance expectations and accountability measures to drive continuous improvement.
Lead recruitment and talent development strategies to align with company growth and ensure the right expertise within the team.
Implement structured feedback processes including performance reviews and goal setting to enhance employee experience and productivity.
Address performance challenges through coaching and corrective actions to maintain a highperformance culture.
Project Delivery & Revenue Management
Ensure successful delivery of all contracted projects in alignment with forecasted revenue targets.
Oversee resource allocation and optimize team efficiency to maximize billable hours and project profitability.
Management Reporting
Prepare and publish a monthly project report to the Engineering Services VP highlighting key milestones status updates accomplishments risks and issues.
Ensure the accuracy of the project resource demand plan in alignment with revenue targets and business objectives.

We would be happy if you had:
Industry Experience
8 years of experience in aviation technical records and asset management including 3 years in a managerial role.
Expertise in aircraft asset lifecycle management covering lease agreements redelivery processes audits and regulatory compliance.
Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects while ensuring compliance with aviation regulations.
Strong experience in customer interactions negotiations and stakeholder management.
Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace/Aircraft Maintenance Engineering. (preferable)
Technical & Project Expertise
Expertise in aircraft technical records maintenance programs airworthiness compliance and transitions.
