You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailA wellestablished and respected law firm in Southeast London is looking to recruit a proactive and professional Legal Secretary to join its busy Private Client team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong secretarial experience in Wills Probate and LPAs who takes pride in delivering excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
Audio and copy typing (including Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney)
Managing diaries booking appointments and handling client queries
Filing scanning and maintaining electronic and paper records
Assisting with file opening AML checks and matter management
Liaising with clients courts and third parties in a professional manner
Experience as a legal secretary ideally in a private client department
Excellent typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Discreet empathetic and comfortable dealing with sensitive matters
Organised reliable and able to prioritise a busy workload
