Are you a dynamic and resultsdriven leader with a passion for premium retail Our client is looking for an experienced Concession Manager to lead our team and drive business success in a fastpaced customerfocused environment.
The Role
As a Concession Manager you will take full ownership of the store s performance ensuring sales and profitability targets are met while delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You will be responsible for building and developing a highperforming team maintaining operational excellence and upholding brand standards.
Lead coach and develop a motivated team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Manage all business KPIs to maximise profitability and efficiency.
Ensure the highest levels of customer service are consistently delivered.
Oversee store administration stock security and cash management.
Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation in line with brand guidelines.
Drive team engagement and foster a positive work environment.
Handle all employee matters including recruitment training and performance management.
An enthusiastic and confident leader who thrives on responsibility.
A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
A resilient approachable and adaptable manager with a sense of humour.
Experience in a managerial or supervisory role within retail.
A proven ability to inspire and drive a team to deliver outstanding service and results.
