Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations ensuring sales targets and KPIs are consistently met.
Lead motivate and develop a highperforming team to drive exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
Support in recruitment training and performance management of team members.
Deliver outstanding customer experiences by fostering a positive and engaging shopping environment.
Take ownership of stock management visual merchandising and store presentation to ensure an optimal shopping experience.
Analyse sales data and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for business growth.
Implement and uphold company policies procedures and compliance standards.
Act as a keyholder taking responsibility for opening and closing procedures and ensuring store security.
Maintain high operational standards ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
Proven experience in a retail leadership role preferably at an Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager level.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire develop and drive a team to achieve results.
A customerfirst mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
Commercially aware with the ability to interpret sales data and drive performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Flexible and adaptable approach to work including availability to work evenings weekends and peak trading periods.
