Job Description for Ecommerce Assistant
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Shopify online stores including your beauty store
Update product inventory descriptions and images
Research products and merchandise for the stores
Ensure proper tax compliance 27 VAT) and regulatory requirements for European operations
Review existing store setup to identify and fix any unfinished or problematic areas
Process customer orders and handle refunds when necessary
Connect and utilize ecommerce apps like Spocket for dropshipping
Scope
Primary focus on beauty store management with potential expansion to pet store
Potential to build additional stores under the same account
Requirements
Requirements
Experience managing Shopify stores and ecommerce platforms
Knowledge of dropshipping business models
Portfolio required
Understanding of European VAT requirements (particularly Hungarian 27 VAT) a plus
Familiarity with ecommerce apps like Spocket and CJ Dropshipping
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
